Laboratory Software Advisor - Sales (Orlando FL)
WayMaker is a company that focuses on laboratory software solutions, and they are seeking a Laboratory Software Advisor Level I to service existing accounts and enhance customer experience. This role involves educating and training clients, managing inventory, and advocating for physician needs through effective technology and solutions.

Responsibilities
Provide onsite customer service with all existing accounts to ensure consistent and effective use of Laboratory and Software Services
Assess client needs, educate and present suitable products, services and solutions
Present product and service information and deliver product samples, up to and including acting as an advocate to support the administration team at the physician office
Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other professionals in the medical community
Keep detailed records of all contacts up to and including documenting service activities per contact/client in the CRM
Document all customer questions and answers in CRM
Plan work schedules and daily, weekly, and monthly timetables within the territory and discuss future territory with the Regional Director of Business Development
Conducts daily laboratory and software service calls to existing and new sources in the territory
Service and maintain existing accounts
Build relationships with physicians, office staff, and other sources
Follows weekly service plan and enters completed service activities using the company’s CRM
Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer concerns
Must complete each task with high quality performance and integrity
Attend all company/departmental meetings and conference calls, as well as educational/training programs as required
Ensure all HIPAA required training courses are kept up to date
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
Familiarity with CRMs, product and service lines
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent teamwork and networking skills
Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills
Highly motivated self-starter and target
Ability to travel frequently
Must display a positive attitude
Ability to work in a face-paced environment
Detail oriented
Willing to set and achieve goals
Willing to create any necessary processes and/or strategies to help streamline workflow
High School Diploma
Preferred
1-3 previous years of experience in client facing customer service, servicing or similar role, though not required
