Responsibilities
Originate residential mortgage loans and guide borrowers from application through closing
Build and grow relationships with realtors and referral partners
Provide clear guidance on loan options and borrower strategy
Work closely with operations to keep loans moving cleanly, quickly, and compliantly
Deliver a high-trust borrower and partner experience that drives repeat business and referrals
Qualification
Required
Active NMLS / Mortgage Loan Originator license required
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and compliance requirements
Proven sales ability and relationship-building skills with referral partners
Strong communication, follow-up, and borrower management skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple files without losing momentum
Comfortable adopting modern tools (POS/LOS/CRM, digital docs, communication platforms)
Self-motivated, accountable, and team-oriented
Preferred
Additional state licenses strongly preferred (or willingness to expand licensing as we grow)
