Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a warm, friendly attitude
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Schedule appointments for animal services, such as grooming, vaccinations, and general care
Provide clients with information about our services, procedures, and policies
Process payments and maintain accurate client and pet records
Assist in managing animal care requests and general administrative duties
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Collaborate with veterinary and animal care staff to ensure seamless customer service
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or certification in a related field is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, ideally in an animal care or veterinary setting
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
A genuine love for animals and commitment to providing high-quality care
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar office software
