Responsibilities
Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service on designated equipments, participate in Oncall Rotation support services
Service as an escalation point for service issues for designated modalities
Shared knowledge and coaching other members of the service team on an on-going basis
Responsible for leading installation activities within the assigned area, ensuring safety and quality measures are taken
Daily routine checkup of all printers and conference room equipment’s
Maintenance and disposal of asset and tracking the inventory of the End user devices
Deployment of EUC devices and Equipment with the defined SLA
Troubleshoot and fix issues with laptops, printers and Mobile/Tablet devices (Apple)
Provide support for larger organization events or training
Qualification
Required
