Responsibilities
Design, run, and analyze product experiments (A/B tests) end-to-end to measure feature impact and inform prioritization
Partner closely with product managers and engineers to translate product questions into measurable hypotheses, metrics, and instrumentation plans
Build and maintain product analytics pipelines and dashboards to track acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention funnels
Apply causal inference and statistical methods to estimate treatment effects, guard against bias, and ensure experiment reliability
Develop predictive and segmentation models to identify high-value user cohorts and inform personalization strategies
Communicate results and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders; influence roadmap with data-backed insights

Strong ability to translate complex analysis into concise, stakeholder-facing recommendations and to partner with PMs and engineers on rollout and instrumentation
