Manage assigned landlord listings from start to finish
Market available apartments effectively and professionally
Conduct showings and communicate with prospective tenants
Negotiate lease terms and guide clients through the rental process
Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Qualification
Required
NYS Real Estate Salesperson license (required or in progress)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Preferred
Prior rental experience is a plus, but mentorship is available for new agents
