Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain distributed streaming platforms, including Confluent Kafka environments
Build and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with Terraform
Develop, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to support efficient and reliable deployments
Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration, testing, and release processes
Monitor system health, performance, and reliability; proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability
Contribute to best practices around automation, security, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience setting up, configuring, and administering Confluent Kafka
Strong experience with Terraform in production environments
Proven expertise designing and managing automated pipelines, including GitHub Actions
Experience working with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proficiency in at least one language such as Python or Java
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
