Plans, implements, and delivers MES (Manufacturing Execution System) projects
Acts as the bridge between business, IT, and shop-floor teams
Defines project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets
Coordinates cross-functional teams (automation, IT, quality, production)
Gathers and documents business and functional requirements
Ensures MES aligns with manufacturing processes and regulations
Manages project risks, issues, and dependencies
Oversees integration with ERP, SCADA, PLCs, and other systems
Manages vendors and system integrators
Communicates project status to stakeholders
Applies manufacturing domain knowledge to decisions
Delivers MES solutions that improve operational efficiency
