Responsibilities
Conducting market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
Creating and implementing go-to-market strategies for new products
Collaborating with teams to position and promote Laser Photonics’ product offerings
Supporting sales enablement efforts
Interfacing with product management to align marketing strategies with product features and benefits
Qualification
Required
Experience with Market Research, analyzing industry trends, and understanding customer needs
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to craft engaging product messaging and deliver presentations
Knowledge of Go-to-Market Strategy, sales enablement, and product launches
Understanding of Sales processes and best practices for supporting sales teams
Familiarity with Product Management and the ability to bridge communication between product teams and marketing stakeholders
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience in the industrial, laser, aerospace, or related manufacturing sectors is a plus
