Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for day-to-day network infrastructure operations
Troubleshoot and configure Cisco routers and switches
Assist in a large, multi-site network integration project
Lead the infrastructure portion of smaller projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Support network configurations including VLANs, IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP
Contribute to SD-WAN deployment or support if experienced
Document configurations, procedures, and project progress as needed
Qualification
Required
US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
Strong skills in Cisco routing & switching are a requirement for this position
Solid Cisco networking experience at CCNA-level or higher
Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches
Strong understanding of VLANs, IP addressing, DNS, and general network fundamentals
Basic project management experience or the ability to lead infrastructure components of small projects
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred
CCNA or higher Cisco certification
Experience supporting enterprise environments with multi-site infrastructure
