Responsibilities
Lead the site’s financial and administrative strategy
Formulate short- and long-term financial plans
Guide departments through the successful implementation of annual business cycles
Provide critical financial insights and manage risks
Ensure compliance with tax regulations
Optimize administrative processes and maintain strict budget control
Drive innovative operational improvements
Qualification
Required
Chartered Accountant or CPA designation
At least five years of finance and administration leadership experience ideally within a global manufacturing environment
Deep analytical mindset
Proven track record of introducing strong financial insights and making actionable operational recommendations
Technical proficiency in ERPs, OneStream, and PowerBI
Understanding of production and maintenance management, cost accounting
Ability to link financial performance to physical plant operations
Act with purpose and accountability
Ensure 100% compliance with local tax regulations and internal SOX/audit controls
Collaborate with intent across the leadership team
Act as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager
Use financial analysis to provide management advice and identify risks
Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets with an eye toward CO2 reduction and energy efficiency
