Responsibilities
Conduct stormwater asset inspections and condition assessments at client sites
Oversee stormwater maintenance and repair activities; coordinate with subcontractors (you won’t be performing hands-on repairs)
Support documentation of field activities and observations using company systems
Assist with reporting and data entry related to inspections and maintenance
Ensure work aligns with stormwater regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of professional experience in stormwater work or environmental field roles
Comfortable conducting field work in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle required for field travel
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Geology, or closely related field preferred
Familiarity with Maryland stormwater permits and regulations strongly preferred
