Oversee the entire process of collecting payments and resolving chargebacks
Check and approve credit for new accounts
Set up new customers
Manage collections for past due accounts
Make deposits
Post cash on a daily basis
Handle and resolve chargebacks
Issue credits when due
Work with factor and credit insurer to maximize support and minimize company risk
Qualification
Required
Experience working for a wholesale company that sells products they manufacture to larger retailers
Ability to check and approve credit for new accounts
Experience in setting up new customers
Skills in managing collections for past due accounts
Ability to make deposits and post cash on a daily basis
Experience in handling and resolving chargebacks
Ability to issue credits when due
Experience working with factor and credit insurer to maximize support and minimize company risk
