Customer Relationship Management Administrator
firstPRO, Inc is seeking a CRM Administrator responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of their HubSpot/Salesforce CRM platform. This role involves collaborating with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance sales operations and data-driven decision-making to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot/Salesforce
Configure workflows, automation, integrations, user roles, and permissions in alignment with business needs
Maintain CRM data integrity through audits, governance standards, and best practices
Partner with Sales Leadership to support pipeline management, forecasting, territory alignment, and reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, sales performance, and revenue trends
Provide actionable insights by analyzing sales data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
Deliver end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to drive CRM adoption
Collaborate with Marketing and IT to align lead management, reporting, and system integrations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience as a HubSpot and/or Salesforce CRM Administrator with admin-level responsibilities
Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related function
Advanced proficiency in CRM reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation
Demonstrated experience managing CRM data integrity and governance
Experience integrating CRM platforms with ERP or other enterprise systems
Strong communication, training, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
HubSpot and/or Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
