Field Account Manager
ForceBrands is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support the operational success of customer programs across assigned locations. This field-based role involves building relationships with customer teams, providing training, monitoring program performance, and ensuring compliance with standards.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer teams to drive engagement and satisfaction
Provide training and ongoing support to ensure operational excellence
Monitor program performance, identify opportunities, and implement process improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across software, hardware, and service areas
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams in operations, marketing, finance, and quality
Conduct business reviews and deliver insights to customers to drive growth and success
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards across locations
Qualification
Required
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
Hands-on problem solver with the ability to work across multiple functions
Experience in customer success, account management, operations, or field support roles
Ability to analyze performance data and recommend solutions
Comfortable working independently in the field and traveling as needed
