As an eFulfillment Center Partner II, you'll be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities
Selects and bags full or partial customer orders for shipment in an organized, clean, accurate, and damage-free manner
Checks products for out of date / damages to ensure freshness and quality of products
Properly loads carts into delivery vehicles in a clean, accurate, and damage-free manner
Performs work tasks in a safe manner, in accordance with work instructions; proactively takes action to address / improve safety issues within the facility
Completes work assignments in a timely manner; uses time efficiently and productively in support of facility goals for on-time deliveries
Ensures that work performed meets individual productivity goals, team productivity goals, and / or facility productivity goals
Complies with all federal, state, and company regulations / standards for product freshness, food safety, and sanitation
Accurately completes assignments and resolves issues related to accuracy
Communicates below standard wareroom, cooler, and / or freezer conditions to management
May work with automation within the facility
Unloads / sorts product to put-away carts; stocks carts to selection locations
Unloads / sorts product to pallets; inducts product into automated put-away system
Minimizes shrink through careful handling of product
Qualification
Required
Minimum age 18 (mandatory)
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization skills; attention to detail
Reading / writing, math, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks
Ability to work in a team-based environment; ability to positively promote change
Ability to learn and understand H-E-B in-house systems
Ability to work with little to no supervision
Push cart to select product from shelves or other designated area
Lift, stand, walk, squat for extended periods
Occasionally lift up to 55 lbs
Safely and independently operate loading jack / forklift
Work extended shifts and fluctuating hours / days based on business needs, including weekends, nights, and holidays
Attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
