Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and implementation of Lumens
Maintain the application post-implementation
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize the Lumens system
Train users and ensure data accuracy
Qualification
Required
Expertise in the Epic HER system
Specific expertise in the Lumens module for managing endoscopy and gastroenterology workflows
Epic Radiant Certified
Strong Provider facing experience (physicians, nurses etc)
Strong experience configuring, troubleshooting and optimizing the Lumens system
Experience training users and ensuring data accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Lumens Certification
