Receptionist - Audi Central Houston
Sonic Automotive is a leading multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 company and the largest automotive dealer group in the U.S. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, managing front desk operations and supporting various dealership functions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Manage the dealership’s main phone line, professionally answering and routing calls promptly
Greet customers and visitors warmly and direct them appropriately to enhance their experience
Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication to relevant personnel
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times
Coordinate dealership events and assist with scheduling as needed
Support Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and sales/service volume tracking efforts through data compilation and reporting
Compile and maintain dealership playbook scoring and assist with process documentation
Coordinate safety training schedules and track completion to support regulatory compliance
Assist various departments with administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Manage incoming mail, packages, and general dealership communications
Serve as a Connect Ambassador by facilitating positive internal and external communications
Qualification
Required
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred, ideally in an automotive or customer-facing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize competing demands
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic data entry
Professional and friendly demeanor with strong customer service orientation
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test and valid driver license
Preferred
Experience coordinating events or scheduling in a busy work environment
Familiarity with dealership CSI processes and safety training requirements
Ability to work independently and take initiative to support multiple teams
