PCS Centralization Coordinator
The State of Colorado is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is seeking a PCS Centralization Coordinator for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. This role focuses on coordinating communication and project management for the Procurement and Contracting Section's centralization efforts, aiming to improve departmental efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities
Lead the coordination of all communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities for the Contract Centralization initiative
Establish, document, and maintain standardized guidance for all contract writing functions in the centralized model
Coordinate and develop training and guidance for Contract Administrators, Programs and Fiscal staff
Qualification
Required
This position is only open to current, permanent residents of the State of Colorado
Six (6) years of relevant experience in communication, project management, public administration, or other similar position
A combination of related education in communications, project management, public administration and/or relevant experience in communication, project management, public administration, or other similar position equal to six (6) years
This experience must be substantiated within the Work Experience section of your application

Pursuant to CDPHE policy, a background check is required for all positions at CDPHE
Preferred
Direct experience in procurement and contract administration within a governmental or public sector environment (e.g., State of Colorado)
Demonstrated experience in leading or significantly contributing to a large-scale change management or centralization project
Proficiency in developing and delivering training, guidance, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for contract administrators or similar professional staff
