Human Resources Summer Intern

Responsibilities
Assisting Benefit and Compensation with formatting job descriptions
Assist HRIS data entry to add employees previous experience in ADP
Assign training through our LMS, Vector Solution
Assist in firmwide rollout and new hire sessions of Core Strengths – SDI
Assisting in the implementation/rollout of Recruitment dashboard
Assisting Recruitment with Greenhouse ATS system entry clean up
Attend intern education program lunch-and-learn sessions
Qualification
Required
Pursing a bachelor's degree from accredited university in Human Resources/Business Management
Must be at a minimum in your Junior or Senior year
Fundamental knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint including building presentations, using lookup formulas, creating pivot tables, and building visualizations is required
Time management and excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to exercise discretion working with sensitive information
Preferred
Previous internship or experience a plus
Knowledge of or interest in Power BI, related databases and/or data warehouses is a plus
HRIS experience a plus
Recruiting experience, a plus
