Responsibilities
Shadow team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Administration and Operations department, including roles in Project Management, Reporting and Data Analysis, Executive Administration, and Procedure Management
Perform entry-level professional tasks under close supervision, providing opportunities for hands-on training and skill development
Assist with tasks as assigned by management
Support and accompany professional colleagues throughout the entire line of business on various duties as appropriate
Gain exposure to executive-level leadership and decision-making processes
Learn and work with industry-standard lending, reporting, and collaboration tools and systems
Self-identify and deliver on a project or process improvement that enhances the overall line of business by the end of the program duration
Qualification
Required
Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry
Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
Highly organized
Demonstrated strong attention to detail
Experience creating and delivering presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
Strong analytical skills
Collaborative and inclusive team player
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Legally eligible to work in the U.S
