Isaac Morris Limited (IML) is a leader in the licensed apparel industry with over 35 years of experience. The Technical Designer will be responsible for creating and updating graded specs, conducting fittings, and communicating with factories to ensure quality and fit of apparel products.

Responsibilities

Create, update, establish and utilize graded specs/blocks based on fabrication for all sample development and confirmed orders

Review and evaluate proto/fit samples, pre-production samples, testing samples and TOP samples on all orders

Conduct fittings with design, sales and Production to determine final fit and workmanship per silhouette

Communicate with factories fit and construction comments and ensuring that they fully understand and follow all needed corrections

Review and correct patterns and artwork placements provided by factories

Maintain and create a library for block body, fit and construction standard per customer

Experience with Ross account is a must

Kids licensed apparel experience is a plus
