Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Work closely with outside recruiting agencies to source candidates and fill open positions
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure contractual compliance
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Excellent communication and people skills
SHRM Certification required
