Responsibilities
Serve as the primary in‑house expert for IFS FSM6 (on‑prem), providing daily functional and technical support
Troubleshoot issues, manage service tickets, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners when needed
Configure, test, and deploy enhancements, workflows, and system changes within FSM6
Support integrations between FSM6 and other business systems (including JDE where applicable)
Partner with operations, service, and parts teams to understand business needs and translate them into system improvements
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end users
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and long‑term roadmap planning
Ensure data integrity, system stability, and compliance within the FSM environment
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with IFS FSM6 or IFS Field Service Management modules (on-prem experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of field service workflows: dispatching, scheduling, work orders, parts management, service logistics, etc
Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
Experience supporting on-prem ERP or FSM systems in a production environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for improving processes and user experience
Preferred
Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or integrations is a plus
