Responsibilities
Design and development: Design and develop custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow, specifically tailored for legal processes
Platform customization: Customize the platform to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and implement features for legal service delivery
Integrations: Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to ensure data flow and process consistency
Collaboration: Work with legal and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Testing and troubleshooting: Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance and support for the platform
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations
Support: Provide end-user support and training for the legal applications
Act as technical lead for ServiceNow LSD implementations
Own solution design, development, and technical decision-making
Work closely with legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders
Build and review custom solutions, integrations, and automations
Mentor developers and ensure delivery quality
Qualification
Required
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Design and development: Design and develop custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow, specifically tailored for legal processes
Platform customization: Customize the platform to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and implement features for legal service delivery
Integrations: Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to ensure data flow and process consistency
