Responsibilities

Own top-of-funnel pipeline creation through outbound prospecting, strategic targeting, cold outreach, social selling, events, and partner-led initiatives
Identify and develop new logo opportunities across target industries and accounts
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, ABM initiatives, and demand-generation programs to maximize pipeline impact
Plan and execute prospecting events, webinars, and field marketing engagements
Research and analyze target accounts to understand business models, workflows, and pain points
Develop account-level strategies and tailored outreach messaging to engage senior stakeholders
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging use cases for no-code automation
Conduct high-quality discovery conversations to assess prospect needs, urgency, and fit
Qualify opportunities using a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
Clearly articulate problem statements and success criteria before handing off or advancing opportunities
Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and alignment on deal strategy
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to provide market feedback and refine messaging
Coordinate with Finance and Operations to support accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
Identify, recruit, and enable technology, consulting, and channel partners to generate incremental pipeline
Co-develop joint value propositions and go-to-market motions with partners
Support partner-led campaigns and shared revenue initiatives
Maintain accurate and timely records in HubSpot CRM, including activities, notes, and pipeline stages
Ensure pipeline hygiene and consistently maintain 3x pipeline coverage
Track outreach effectiveness and optimize sequencing and messaging

Required

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or early-stage sales roles, preferably in SaaS or B2B technology
Strong understanding of consultative selling and pipeline generation best practices
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across technical and business roles
Advanced proficiency with HubSpot CRM for pipeline, outreach, and reporting
Familiarity with modern prospecting and engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation
Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation
Collaborative team player with a growth mindset

Preferred

Exposure to no-code/low-code platforms, workflow automation, or SaaS infrastructure is a strong plus
Basic understanding of front-end, back-end, or full-stack concepts preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
