Responsibilities
Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing landing pages within a WordPress environment
Apply and adjust custom CSS and front-end tweaks to fine-tune layouts using existing components
Build, structure, and modify pages using Gutenberg blocks, working within the established design system
Perform ongoing refinements, optimizations, and small-scale customizations based on evolving brand guidelines
Translate broad creative or marketing direction into clear, actionable tasks and page structures
Provide clear, constructive feedback to creative and marketing partners, and collaborate effectively across teams
Help navigate shifting requirements and contribute solutions when workflows or page architecture are evolving
Identify workflow gaps and help streamline processes between marketing, creative, and technical teams
Support transition efforts related to new branding and updates to digital structures
Bring a problem-solving mindset to non-traditional or 'outside the box' build and layout challenges
Qualification
Required
Gutenberg block experience — must-have
Strong front-end skills, especially HTML and CSS
Experience maintaining or editing WordPress pages (heavy engineering not required)
Excellent attention to detail within design-aligned environments
Ability to operate confidently amid ambiguity
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience in fintech, banking, or tech industries (not required)
SQL familiarity (nice to have, not essential)
Exposure to additional WordPress builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery)
