Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end onboarding for IT consultants across W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models
Ensure timely collection, review, and validation of onboarding and compliance documentation
Serve as the primary onboarding liaison for consultants and internal recruiting teams
Coordinate closely with payroll, finance, and compliance teams to ensure accurate setup
Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Communicate onboarding status, timelines, and issues to clients and internal stakeholders
Act as a client-facing SPOC for onboarding and consultant engagement
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication
Support account growth by identifying additional staffing opportunities
Assist leadership with client support and early-stage business development
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years of experience in IT staffing, onboarding, HR operations, or consulting support
Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 models
Experience working directly with clients and internal recruiting teams
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Interest in account management and business development
