Run PE/M&A transactions with direct client contact
Draft/negotiate SPAs, merger and rollover docs, equity and incentive plans, and key ancillaries
Own diligence, closings, and counterparty/advisor coordination
Supervise juniors and work directly alongside senior attorneys and partners

Required

2+ years at a leading firm handling PE/M&A deals
Proven independent ownership within a team
