Start in 2026JLL is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services, and they are seeking an Architectural Design Intern for their Project and Development Services division. The intern will contribute to a fast-paced retail design program by producing technical documentation and collaborating with project managers to ensure client expectations are surpassed.

Responsibilities
Work with team to pick up redlines or produce architectural documentation
Provide project team coordinator for incorporating design intent into the construction documentation
Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate with project managers and job captains
Coordinate with Project Architect for sign/seal of construction document sets for permit
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a professional degree in Architecture and interest in Commercial Real Estate is a plus
Candidate should have completed at least 3rd year of undergraduate program or 2nd year of master's program
Understanding of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques
Understanding of on construction document preparation
Proficient in AutoCad, REVIT, Sketchup and other 3D modeling software preferred but not required
Proficient in Adobe (create, view, comment on PDF)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Independent thinking and work abilities
Ability to collaborate with multiple individuals and meet deadlines
Proactive and self-motivated mindset
Highly energetic and able to work independently
Excellent customer service, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Permanent US work authorization required
