Responsibilities
Oversee daily club operations to ensure efficiency and member satisfaction
Implement strategies to improve member retention and club performance
Manage administrative tasks: Facility maintenance, vendor relations, property management, supply budgets, scheduling, and more
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Resolve member inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
Recruit/hire, train, and develop team members for growth
Collaborate with other club managers in the sales and training departments to discuss any pending items and plan for current day
Other tasks and duties as may be assigned or required day-to-day
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, or a customer-facing operations role
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities
Experience with cash handling and administrative procedures
Proven track record in staff supervision and training
Regular, reliable attendance
Ability to work nights and weekends
