Responsibilities
Work with existing Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) professionals and onsite business personnel in semiconductor manufacturing operations to implement programs designed to ensure worker health and safety, protection of the environment, compliance with regulatory requirements and reduction of risk
Work may include the collection and analysis of data, review and interpretation of regulations, interaction with work teams and production personnel, and the development and implementation of technical and non-technical solutions
Qualification
Required
Completed freshman year of college course work, at a minimum
Pursuing a college degree in engineering, environmental science, safety, or industrial hygiene
Only students returning to classes after the internship, graduating after the internship, or pursuing another degree program immediately after the internship are able to be considered
