Responsibilities
This role would be responsible for Redwood Run My Jobs job set up, monitoring and custom scripting to support the custom built system that moves data, loads the data into an Oracle database, executes data transformations, and queues the data into the billing system for processing
Researching methods or tools to improve the mediation processing
Troubleshooting processing or data loading issues and restarting jobs
Coordinating with billing analysts and service owners to keep billing cycles on schedule, modifying current processes and implementing new services
Qualification
Required
10 years of experience in software development
Redwood Run My Jobs
Understanding SSH and batch files
Basic understanding of Solaris UNIX and Linux
Advanced knowledge of UNIX Korn Shell (K shell) scripting
Oracle PL/SQL with advanced knowledge of packages, package bodies, procedures
Oracle Advanced Features and Oracle partitioning and indexing
Oracle SQL Loader
Researching methods or tools to improve the mediation processing
Troubleshooting processing or data loading issues and restarting jobs
Coordinating with billing analysts and service owners to keep billing cycles on schedule
Modifying current processes and implementing new services
