Setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC and grinding equipment
Interpreting drawings and specifications
Inspecting parts using precision measuring tools
Troubleshooting basic production issues
Working with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
Following safety and quality procedures
Supporting additional projects as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Centerless grinding experience is required
Ability to work with tight tolerances
Basic mechanical aptitude and math skills
Familiarity with manufacturing safety and quality practices
Preferred
Prior CNC or grinding experience preferred
