Responsibilities
Support deal teams through all phases of M&A transactions, including Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
Build and analyze financial models (DCF, LBO, IRR) for valuation and sensitivity analysis
Conduct market research and comparative analysis of industry peers
Prepare client-facing materials such as pitch decks, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), teasers, and management presentations
Manage Virtual Data Rooms and assist with project timelines and deliverables
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in M&A or transaction advisory
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a bonus
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a high-demand environment (50–80 hours/week during peak deal periods)
Preferred
CPA preferred; MBA a plus
