Responsibilities
Oversee development of web and app projects using React, JavaScript, and Python
Ensure robust API design and secure integrations with enterprise systems
Support modernization of legacy applications and migration to cloud-native solutions
Implement and optimize solutions on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, API Management)
Lead and mentor engineers; foster a culture of accountability and innovation
Translate business requirements into technical solutions; communicate clearly with stakeholders
Enforce coding standards, testing practices, and secure development principles
Qualification
Required
Python for backend services and automation
React for building responsive, scalable front-end applications
JavaScript (front-end and APIs) with modern frameworks and best practices
Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data platforms
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns
Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
Preferred
TypeScript experience
Exposure to data governance and security best practices
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts for future integration opportunities
