Human Resources Assistant
GOFO is a rapidly expanding last-mile delivery company that is committed to providing seamless logistics solutions. They are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee training.

Responsibilities
Maintain employee records
Assist with HRIS updates
Coordinate training programs
Assist with benefits management
Serve as a resource for employee inquiries
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless HR operations and a positive employee experience
Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and their applications
Experience in Benefits Administration and employee support
Ability to assist and coordinate Training programs
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
Preferred
Additional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
