Knowledge of the taxability of employee benefits, especially with corporations
Knowledge of the following is required: Maintain the chart of accounts. Work closely with our Implementation team to ensure clients are successful and that timely delivery of services are provided
Assist the Chief Visionary with tasks and special projects
Working closely with our Implementation team to ensure client success
Maintaining positive client relationships and experiences
Answering calls with positivity and a smile (if they could see you)
Assisting clients in getting to the answer with positive experience
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of accounting experience
Bachelor's degree (experience highly valued)
Knowledge of bookkeeping
Knowledge of payables
Record payroll-related entries
Tax Return Preparation
Knowledge of the taxability of employee benefits, especially with corporations
Maintain the chart of accounts
Assist the Chief Visionary with tasks and special projects
Working closely with our Implementation team to ensure client success
Maintaining positive client relationships and experiences
Answering calls with positivity and a smile
Assisting clients in getting to the answer with positive experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
Strong relational skills and patience
Desire to work directly with clients
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Trustworthy, reliable, professional, and a self-starter
Strong organizational skills
Preferred
CPA preferred, but not required
Experience with Apple computers is a plus
