Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers
Engage prospects in meaningful, consultative conversations to identify needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
Accurately document calls, activities, and outcomes in a CRM or sales dashboard
Follow established sales scripts while adapting tone and messaging as needed
Handle objections confidently and guide conversations toward a close without being pushy
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working independently in a remote environment

Required

Previous experience in inside sales (outbound calling), call center sales, or customer service–oriented sales roles
Experience working in quota-driven environments
Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with business, vendor, or community partners
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Experience using CRM systems or sales dashboards
Patience and professionalism when engaging diverse audiences
Persuasive yet warm communication style
Highly motivated with the ability to close conversations effectively
Strong hunter mentality
Enjoys making a meaningful impact on customers' lives
High level of empathy, care, and emotional intelligence
Financially driven with clear career ambition and growth goals
