Help Desk Specialist

They are seeking a customer service-driven Help Desk Specialist to provide efficient and accurate technical support to their users, serving as the first point of contact for technical issues and ensuring teams remain connected and productive.
Responsibilities
Serve as first-level support and provide timely resolution to user issues
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate next level of support
Track, route, and document technical issues to ensure proper follow-up
Update customer data and produce activity and support reports
Walk users through troubleshooting steps in a clear and supportive manner
Deliver excellent customer service while exceeding user expectations
Recommend process improvements and procedural enhancements
Maintain and grow knowledge of help desk procedures, systems, and services
Qualification
Required
Proven experience providing Help Desk or technical support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent client-facing and customer service abilities
Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
