New Grad, Entry LevelLilly Pulitzer is a lifestyle brand known for its resort chic apparel, accessories, and footwear. They are seeking a Part-Time Fit Model to play a crucial role in the product development process by ensuring that garments meet design specifications and customer expectations. The Fit Model will work closely with Technical Design and Fashion Design teams to advise on fit and styling, while also performing administrative support tasks as needed.

Understand the Lilly Pulitzer Customer, Lifestyle, Positioning in the Marketplace and Product Strategy
Work Closely with Technical Design and Fashion Design to Understand the Desired Styling and Fit Intent of Each Silhouette
Operate within Agenda
Collaborate Effectively with Colleagues
Qualification
Required
The ability to stand for extended periods of time in heels
Maintaining body specifications within the allowed tolerance
Comfortable modeling in front of large groups
Comfortable with modeling for full body photos that will display product for the product knowledge manual and First Insights. Any photos that are used for additional purposes shall be communicated to Fit Model
Professionalism, good communication skills and a willingness to help
The sense of urgency necessary in the apparel industry is required
Ability to model Swim/Intimates if required
Preferred
Previous Modeling or Fit Modeling experience preferred, including Print & Commercial
