Responsibilities
Create purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner
Manage and maintain existing POs, including updates, confirmations, and issue resolution
Support special initiatives such as: Identifying and resolving past-due purchase orders, Data cleanup and validation projects, Preparing the SRM system for migration to the GEP platform
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (procurement, planning, finance, suppliers) to ensure smooth purchasing processes
Maintain accurate records to support audits and reporting requirements
Assist with process improvement and standardization across supply chain operations
Qualification
Required
Experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, or related operations
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working with ERP, SRM, or procurement systems
Preferred
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
Familiarity with GEP or similar procurement platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
