Responsibilities
Lead client conversations to capture business needs, workflows, and automation opportunities
Convert discussions into precise requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria
Document AS-IS and TO-BE workflows with precision
Evaluate client needs and determine whether they require LLMs, OCR, RPA, RAG, or deterministic automation
Assess feasibility, data availability, and expected accuracy thresholds
Prioritize use cases based on business impact and effort
Work with engineering to identify, extract, and structure data (Invoices, POs, CRM/ERP, emails, PDFs, IoT/CCTV feeds)
Prepare data dictionaries and annotation guidelines
Highlight data quality issues and identify areas for improvement
Prepare detailed FSDs, workflow diagrams, UI/UX flow descriptions, and integration specifications
Define API inputs and outputs, as well as cross-system integration logic
Ensure clarity so development and ML teams can execute without rework
Prepare test scenarios, expected results, and validation checklists
Lead UAT sessions with clients and coordinate fixes with the engineering team
Support go-live, user onboarding, training, and deployment documentation
Monitor KPIs (accuracy, efficiency, adoption)
Gather user feedback and suggest enhancements
Identify opportunities for further automation & AI integration
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, client handling, and analytical skills
Experience as a BA
Hands-on experience writing BRDs/FSDs, user stories, and process flows
Understanding of AI basics (LLM, OCR, RAG, API integrations)
Experience managing software development sprints
Good knowledge of ERP/CRM or finance workflows
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, CRM, or Business Central)
Experience with AR/AP automation or financial workflow platforms
Exposure to multi-agent AI systems, RPA, or automation platforms
Fluency in German, Spanish, Italian
