Responsibilities

Work as a techno-functional SME across Syteline Finance and Manufacturing modules
Support ongoing business operations across Syteline ERP, troubleshooting issues, and providing enhancements
Lead and support data extraction, mapping, and transformation activities for migration from Syteline to SAP
Collaborate with SAP teams, business users, and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate process alignment
Perform gap analysis between Syteline and SAP processes and recommend solutions
Develop functional specs, test scripts, and support UAT for migration-related work
Provide configuration, workflow updates, and technical support as needed
Assist with integration touchpoints and ensure data consistency across systems
Document all processes, configurations, and migration findings

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience working with Infor Syteline / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)
Strong techno-functional proficiency in Finance (AP/AR/GL/Costing) and Manufacturing (BOM, Production, Shop Floor, Planning) modules
Proven experience in end-to-end migration projects from Syteline to SAP (mandatory)
Good understanding of data structures, schemas, and data mapping between ERP systems
Experience with SQL queries, forms, IDOs, workflow, and reports within Syteline
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and documentation skills
