The Legal Intern will assist in various legal-related projects, gaining a broad understanding of different disciplines within the legal function while working on software licensing, SaaS contracts, and more.

Responsibilities
The individual will assist in Legal-related projects including software licensing, SaaS contracts, litigation, M&A and analysis
The individual will assist in the logistics of running an internal legal department
This individual will gain a broad understanding of different disciplines within the legal function and work on a variety of projects
Qualification
Required
Excellent, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly self-motivated with high integrity
Proficiency in all MS Office Applications including- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Knowledge of and or experience with tech industry
Current or prospective law student
