Administrative Assistant
EAPC is an award-winning, full-service design and consulting firm, and they are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant. The role involves supporting daily office operations, managing calendars, coordinating travel and meetings, and providing general administrative support to promote a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities
Support daily office operations including phones, visitors, scheduling, and office supplies
Manage calendars for staff, meetings, travel, office vehicles, and external visitors using Outlook and Teams
Coordinate travel, meetings, conferences, and internal events
Reconcile P-card receipts and submit expense documentation to Accounting
Perform data entry and tracking for projects, contracts, licensure, and internal systems
Assist with contract administration, including AIA documents and subcontracts
Manage mail, shipping, proposals, and sample returns
Track company vehicle scheduling, mileage, and maintenance
Provide general administrative and clerical support and promote a positive, collaborative office environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalency required
Proficiency with computers and MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as a productive team member
Must be a self-starter and able to work with little supervision
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without a visa sponsorship
Preferred
Administrative or assistant experience preferred
