Review and manage customer contracts and subcontract agreements
Coordinate with operations and legal teams to ensure compliance
Negotiate and administer subcontracts, teaming agreements, and NDAs
Support project kickoff meetings and keep stakeholders informed
Prepare and format review documents; assist with proposals for new business
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and able to navigate a large company structure
Proficient in Excel and MS Office Suite
Strong communication and professional writing skills
Excellent multi-tasking ability and attention to detail
High potential and strong qualitative skills valued over direct experience (training provided)
