Responsibilities

Collaborate with strategists, developers, and stakeholders to shape intuitive and engaging digital experiences
Design user journeys, task flows, personas, and interaction models grounded in data and behavioral insights
Produce high-fidelity mockups, responsive layouts, and component libraries using modern design tools

Required

3+ years of UI/UX design experience working on web or digital product teams

Strong visual design skills, typography, and attention to detail
Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles

Preferred

Working knowledge of After Effects is a plus
Working knowledge of any animation tools is a plus
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (HTML/CSS frameworks, component libraries) is a plus
