Responsibilities

Represent clients in IRS audits, collections, and appeals
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
Develop and implement tax resolution strategies, including Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, and Penalty Abatements
Communicate with clients to gather documentation and explain their options clearly
Stay current on IRS regulations, federal tax law updates, and relevant state tax requirements
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate case progress

Required

Active Enrolled Agent (EA) credential
Experience communicating directly with the IRS on behalf of clients
Strong background in preparing individual and business tax returns
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively

Preferred

Experience with tax resolution software (PitBullTax, Canopy, etc.)
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Familiarity with Nevada state tax issues
