Responsibilities
Collaborate with SPM practice leads
Work with project manager to identify tasks and agile stories and due dates
Work with ServiceNow BA to consult on, and develop solutions
Performance expectations will be to deliver on assigned tasks and meet delivery dates
What makes this role unique is that it is in high demand in BTS. This has executive level visibility and we’re looking to expand capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (preference in IT)
Certifications in ServiceNow implementation and development
5+ years with ServiceNow, 3+ years with SN SPM (ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management) experience
ServiceNow SPM Solution Implementation experience
Agile experience with creating stories and working withing springs
Documentation of requirements and solutions
Preferred
Healthcare Experience
SN SPM Certs
Experience in current and new SPM features to be configured
